COOPERATION WITHOUT BOUNDARIES
- TSU has established long-term partnerships with leading universities of the USA, Germany, Great Britain, Canada, France, Italy, Finland, Turkey, China, South Korea, Japan and other countries.
- International exchange programs, internships and partnerships involve up to 150 students and more than 200 professors and staff a year.
- Dozens of international students from different countries studied at TSU last years.
- Large joint projects are being carried out on the basis of TEMPUS TACIS programs, Carnegie, MacArthur, Ford, Soros Foundations and others.
- TSU was awarded two most prestigious grants in the Humanities and in Natural Sciences. It opened the Interregional Institute of Social Sciences and a Research and Educational Center "Physics and Chemistry of High Energy Systems".
- German Reading Hall and American Resource Center are currently rendering assistance to students, university faculty and staff in learning and research study. These centers were established thanks to the support of the US Department of State, the Goethe Institute, and the European Council Center.
- Recently TSU has been visited by different delegations from foreign universities, embassies, international foundations and organizations to discuss new projects of cooperation. TSU has received an Ambassador of the USA (twice), of Germany (thrice), of South Korea (twice), of France, Poland, Finland, Japan, and the European Union.
- As a research university TSU pays greate attention to invite post-graduates and post-doctors to study and to work in it.
